Office Manager

- Knowledge of office equipment (scanner, printer, copiers);
- Basics of office work.
Duties:
- Check availability and order of household and office supplies;
- Receive phone calls, if necessary, fix information, transfer information to company employees;
- Meeting customers, offering tea, coffee;
- Maintain cleanliness in the office;
- Control the birthdays of employees and customers;
- Copy – copying works;
- Organization of business trips: booking of air and railway tickets, hotel booking;
- Work with internal corporate materials (business cards);
- Assistance in organizing events (corporate, for clients);
- Control of the company’s document flow;
- Scanning of contracts from clients / contractors;
- NDA training for new employees;
- Buying food, coffee as needed;
- Execution of orders of the head.
Working conditions:
