  • Prompt execution of orders;
  • Knowledge of office equipment (scanner, printer, copiers);
  • Basics of office work.

Duties:

  • Check availability and order of household and office supplies;
  • Receive phone calls, if necessary, fix information, transfer information to company employees;
  • Meeting customers, offering tea, coffee;
  • Maintain cleanliness in the office;
  • Control the birthdays of employees and customers;
  • Copy – copying works;
  • Organization of business trips: booking of air and railway tickets, hotel booking;
  • Work with internal corporate materials (business cards);
  • Assistance in organizing events (corporate, for clients);
  • Control of the company’s document flow;
  • Scanning of contracts from clients / contractors;
  • NDA training for new employees;
  • Buying food, coffee as needed;
  • Execution of orders of the head.

Working conditions:
